Dr Kosala Jayakody
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH, EmCert (ACEM)

Kosala has over 22 years of clinical experience in practising medicine.
In addition to general practice, she also has experience working at The Prince Charles Hospital as well as several rural hospitals in Australia as a career medical officer. Having also worked in Sri Lanka and Oman for numerous years, she has had the opportunity to work with various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Kosala graduated from the University of Peradeniya (Sri Lanka) and is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She won the prestigious Mary Mahoney Award at her FRACGP Fellowship Examination and holds a Diploma in Child Health. Kosala also has certificates in Emergency Medicine and Skin Cancer.
She has an interest in Women’s Health and Children’s Health, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Family Medicine and minor procedures including skin excisions.
Dr Jennifer Blomeley

Jenny has worked in general practice for over 35 years. With several years in rural practice in Stanthorpe and then in Brisbane since her return in1995, she brings with her a wealth of experience.
Jenny has a special interest in women’s health, geriatric medicine and counselling. She practices a patient-centred approach to general practice and enjoys caring for all, from children to the elderly.
Jenny is now a proud grandmother of 3 with a fourth on the way. She enjoys travel, movies and her Nia dance class and the gym.

Dr Naomi Moss

r Naomi Moss (FRACGP, MBBS (University of Qld), BSc Hons 1A ( University of Qld) ) has been a doctor for over twenty years.
Dr Moss values the long term relationships she has been fortunate to make with her patients over the years, providing them service and care.
As from 16th May 2023, Dr Moss will be a mixed billing GP;
Dr Moss has tried for years to provide her best service to you by bulk billing your appointments as provided by Medicare, so that there have been no barriers to receiving healthcare for those who cannot afford to pay.
Unfortunately, due to rising costs and the level of support from the Government for years, Dr Moss has had to make the hard decision to now charge a fee for her consultations. She does apologize for the effect this may have on you and your family.
The fees will be:
Standard consult/Phone Consults: $61.20 – out of pocket $20
Long consult: $ 109.80 – out of pocket $30
Prolong consult: $147.40 – out of pocket $40
Fees for your consultation will need to be paid on the day of your appointment. Please be aware that with all phone consultations, the fee will need to be paid prior to the appt. The receptionist will arrange to call you prior to your appt and ask you to pay over the phone.
Dr Moss will still be bulk billing all patients who are 16 years of age and under, hold a Pension, Health Care Card or DVA Card.
