Dr Kosala Jayakody
MBBS, FRACGP, DCH, EmCert (ACEM)
It is our pleasure to inform you that Dr Kosala Jayakody is commencing at shop 26, 62, Looranah Street, Jindalee QLD 4074 from January 2017. She has nearly 18 years of clinical experience in practising medicine including general practice and hospitals in several countries. In addition to general practice in Australia, she also has experience working at The Prince Charles Hospital and also at several rural hospitals in Australia as a Carrier Medical Officer. She has worked in different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Dr Kosala graduated from the University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka in 1998. She is also a fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Kosala won the prestigious Mary Mahoney award, at her FRACGP Fellowship Examination. She also holds a Diploma in Child Health, Emergency Medicine and Skin cancer certificates .
Practice Manager – Kathleen Hope
Kathleen (Kathy) has been in the health care industry for more than 15 years. Recently completing her CERT IV in health administration, Kathleen continues to bring compassion, friendliness & support to the patients and the team.
