Latest News

Due to COVID-19 and the flu season upon us for all patients requiring an appointment, our policy for this practice is that majority of all appts requested will be a phone consultation. These appointments  can be made either online or over the phone.

If you do require a face to face appt,  we can see you as long as you do not have any cold/flu symptoms including a cough or sore throat. At this stage you cannot make an appt online for this, you will need to contact us directly to make that appt, where we will ask you necessary questions to see if we can book that appt or if has to be a phone consult. When making a face to face appt, you will need to be aware that due to social distancing, we can only have a certain number of patients waiting inside the clinic. So if you do make an appt, you may be asked to wait outside if we have too many patients waiting inside. We would be able to let you come inside once someone had left the centre. If you bring with you to the appt multiple family members, if they do not have an appt they will be asked to wait outside.

If you require a booster/flu/B12 inj, you can book an appt online. For children’s vaccinations this appt requires a longer consult and at this stage because we only do children’s vaccinations during the week, you will need to contact us to book in for appt. Do not book the appt one for flu injection, as children’s vaccinations require a longer consultation

We are now seeing patients for Cervical screenings -  these can now be booked online or you can call us to make an appt. If you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms, this appt cannot be made until you are feeling better.

Regarding all phone consultations that are booked in, WE WILL CALL YOU (there is no need to call us). Unfortunately due to some patients taking longer than expected, there may a delay in the doctor calling you on your appt time. They will arrange to call you as soon as they are able too.

We would like to thank all our patients for your understanding and patients through this difficult time.
