Dr Jayakody

Dr Jayakody bulk bills all patients that hold a valid Medicare card and Veteran Affairs Card.

Dr Blomeley

Dr Blomeley bulk bills all patients that hold a valid Medicare card and Veteran Affairs Card.

Dr Moss

As from 16th May 2023, Dr Moss will become a mixed billing GP. Dr Moss will continue to bulk bill all patients who hold a valid Pension card, Health care card, Veteran Affairs Card, and any patient under the age of 16.

Fees to see Dr Moss are:

Standard consult/Phone Consults: $61.40 – out of pocket $20

(Medicare rebate is $41.40)

Long consult: $ 110.10 – out of pocket $30

(Medicare rebate is $80.10)

Prolong consult: $158– out of pocket $40

(Medicare rebate is $118)

Fees for your consultation will need to be paid on the day of your appointment. Please be aware that with all phone consultations, the fee will need to be paid prior to the appt. The receptionist will arrange to call you prior to your appt and ask you to pay over the phone.

Overseas Students and Visitors   

Your consultation will be billed directly to your insurance provider if you have cover with Allianz, Medibank and AHM. For patients who have cover with other insurance companies you will need to pay for your consultation of the day and make a claim with your insurance company. We currently charge Medicare fees for all patients with Private Health Insurance.

Price Increase for consultations with the GP for non-Medicare Card holders

The increase will apply to patients who do not have a valid Medicare Card, Veteran Affairs card or overseas Visitor/Student who have Private Health Insurance.

Fees:

Brief Consult – $50

Standard Consult – $ 80

Long Consult – $120

Payment is required on the day of the consultation.

Insurance Forms and Medicals

Pre-Employment, Commercial driver’s License medicals and any type of Insurance forms will incur a fee and are payable on the day of the consultation. Insurance Forms and Medicals are not covered by Medicare and cannot be bulk billed. 

Fees:

Pre-Employment Medicals – $225

Commercial Driver’s License Medical: $125

Insurance Forms: Fees may vary depending on length of form. Please contact reception staff for the process of arranging an appointment. Copies of the forms may need to be emailed to us first before an appt can be given.

Iron Infusion

Iron Infusions now performed in clinic. Please arrange an appointment with the GP to discuss . Fees apply for the infusion, which is payable on the day.

Fee is $180.10 – out of pocket fee is $100. Medicare rebate is $80.10.

Making Payments

Payment is required on the day and can be made by Debit or Credit cards (excluding Diners and Amex cards).

To be able to receive your Medicare rebate, you will need to make a payment with a physical debit card. Unfortunately, our Eftpos machine cannot give your rebate back from Medicare onto a card stored in your phone or credit card.
