We are now a Mixed Billing Clinic – Please see below for Fees and Payments


Dr Kosala Jayakody, Dr Jennifer Blomeley and Dr Neville Blomeley bulk bill all patients that hold a valid Medicare Card and Veteran Affairs Card.


Dr Naomi Moss is a mixed billing GP.

Dr Moss will continue to bulk bill all patients who hold a valid Pension card, Health care card, Veteran Affairs Card, and any patient under the age of 16.


Fees to see Dr Moss are:

Standard consult/Phone Consults: $62.85 – out of pocket $20. Medicare rebate is $42.85

Long consult: $ 112.90 – out of pocket $30. Medicare rebate is $82.90

Prolong consult: $158– out of pocket $40. Medicare rebate is $118



Overseas Students and Visitors   

Your consultation will be billed directly to your insurance provider if you have cover with Allianz, Medibank and AHM. For patients who have cover with other insurance companies eg: BUPA, you will need to pay for your consultation of the day and make a claim with your insurance company. We currently charge Medicare fees for all patients with Private Health Insurance.

Patients who do not have a valid Medicare Card, Veteran Affairs card or overseas Visitor/Student who have Private Health Insurance the following fees will apply.

Brief Consult – $60

Standard Consult – $ 80

Long Consult – $120

Payment is required on the day of the consultation.

Insurance Forms and Medicals

Pre-Employment, Commercial driver’s License medicals and any type of Insurance forms will incur a fee and are payable on the day of the consultation. Insurance Forms and Medicals are not covered by Medicare and cannot be bulk billed. 


Pre-Employment Medicals – $225

Commercial Driver’s License Medical: $125

Insurance Forms: Fees may vary depending on length of form. Please contact reception staff for the process of arranging an appointment. Copies of the forms may need to be emailed to us first before an appt can be given.


Skin Procedures

Fees may apply for your procedure.  You will be informed of the cost associated with the procedure when you make an appt with the GP.

Iron Infusion

Fee: $202.90 – out of pocket fee is $120. Medicare rebate is $82.90

Implanon Insertion

Fee: $101.95 – out of pocket fee is $24.60. Medicare rebate is $77.35


Payment of fees

Payment of the fees is required on the day and can be made by either Debit or Credit cards (excluding Diners and Amex cards). We do not accept cash.
